Meet Anna

Active by Anna was built for busy working mums who are done with extremes and just want a way to feel good in their body again—without life revolving around food and the gym.

 

I’m Annaliese (most people call me Anna), an online coach working with women juggling careers, kids, and a mental load that never really switches off. The women I coach are capable and ambitious—they’re just exhausted from trying to do all the “right” things with no real structure or support. I don’t believe in punishing workouts, cutting out entire food groups, or pretending life gets easier once you “get motivated”.

 

Through The MILF Method, I help working mums lose fat, build shape, and get their energy back in a way they can maintain long‑term. No six‑day training weeks. No “all or nothing”. Just realistic training, personalised nutrition, and habit change that fits around real life.
