I'm Anna, the coach on the front line and behind the scenes at Active By Anna.

I work with busy women (mainly mums) who are trying to juggle work, kids and life, while also wanting to feel better in their body without it taking over their life.

Outside of coaching, I’m balancing life with mykids, plus a corporate job, so I get what it’s like to have a full plate and still try to show up for yourself.

I’m not about extremes, quick fixes or all-or-nothing approaches.


I focus on building realistic structure, strong habits and a routine that actually fits your life, so you can get results and keep them.

I'm on a mission to show women they don't need to starve themselves or live in the gym to get results.

Most of the women I work with are busy. They’ve got careers, kids, responsibilities, and they’re sick of starting over every Monday.

So instead of extremes, I focus on structure, accountability and habits that actually stick.

Learning how to train properly.
Understanding how to eat in a way that supports your goals.
And building a routine you can maintain long term.

No bullshit. No all-or-nothing. No “perfect” plans.

Just a realistic approach that gets results and keeps them.
